Who is an interior designer?

An interior designer is someone who has been trained to use space effectively and join hand with the quality and safety of interior areas for making them aesthetically pleasing.  He/she requires the combined knowledge of building codes, critical and creative thinking, phycology and technology for the purpose of improving the quality of life and increasing productivity. 1. Programming phase
